Molenstraat Quarters

This proposal is a result of a closed tender for the development of a downtown location in Enschede. Instead of a large, monolithic residential block, this nature-inclusive design proposal chose a vertical parcelization and made design interventions to make the large volume appear smaller. The shared living proposal includes apartments and facilities for starters, young professionals and families.
