From a tender process, VDJ_architects acquired a role as center manager in the city of Steinfurt. The municipality asked for an innovative approach to vacancy in Steinfurt – Borghorst. VDJ_architects developed an approach for this to connect data, design and broker information. This approach has helped to ensure that the vacancy has now virtually disappeared.
