Molenstraat dwellings

Inner-city area development for an empty lot adjacent to the railroad from Enschede to Münster, VDJ_architecten developed a new typology of housing: ground-level railroad and town houses in high density with parking under outdoor spaces. The houses are closed to the outside (to the street and railroad) and open up to the collective courtyard. This leads to a high urban city neighborhood and with a pleasant living environment.
