When designing exceptional villas, everything comes together. It starts, of course, with the dreams, ideas and wishes of clients. We translate this into designs in which architecture, spatial integration into the environment, interior architecture and garden design are carefully attuned. During this design process, construction, installation technology and well-being are considered at an early stage. But our experience goes further. We coordinate the contract phase, direct executing parties and ensure that the most sustainable, aesthetically pleasing and economically feasible result is achieved for each task.

A commercial building can be so much more than a steel box with a billboard. A good building strengthens a company's image, invites customers and offers employees a healthy working environment that they can be proud of. In our view, the corporate identity of a company is therefore not limited to business cards and stationery, but the architecture is also part of it. Investing in the architecture of company buildings leads to an attractive work environment and to expressive buildings that add value to the environment and the owners' assets.

Construction supervision is the coordination of a project from start to completion. In doing so, we unburden our clients and are the permanent point of contact during the realization process. We provide, check and monitor cost estimates, select executing parties and take care of strategic contracting. Due to our experience with contractors, municipalities, regulations and permits, we ensure the right coordination and communication to successfully complete construction projects.

Renovating, densifying and making our built environment more sustainable is more complicated than building a residential neighborhood in pasture land. It requires convincing municipalities, negotiating with different stakeholders and the building itself is often a logistical challenge. This complex field suits us well. Through our experience with inner city projects, we know what is involved and what is needed to make the built environment future-proof.

For developers, but also on our own initiative, we regularly work on urban plans and area developments. This involves competitions, spatial explorations and design research. With an integral view, an eye for environmental quality and earning models, we develop proposals that contribute to realizable sustainable urban developments. We also initiate projects on our own initiative. We see opportunities for areas that, due to circumstances, have lain fallow for a long time or are part of stalled developments. Through our good communication skills with governments, but also through our large network of investors, we create opportunities where others get stuck.

Our ingenuity is not only expressed in our buildings. We have designed beautiful furniture for a variety of clients. This ranges from tables, cabinets and chairs to kitchens and custom made bathrooms. We have developed various concept homes for developers: affordable, mass-produced new homes, modular homes, vacation homes and compact townhouse types. In addition to homes and furniture, we regularly develop objects for public spaces: street furniture, bus stops, lighting fixtures. No question is too crazy for us. No design task too small.

We think in 3D. From the first design moment to realization. We work with the latest design and drawing software and like to let clients "walk around" their homes at different design stages. This makes it easier for clients to make choices. Furthermore, we naturally cooperate with other consultants and direct executing parties on the basis of 3D (BIM) models. This is how we use virtual reality to produce our designs smarter, to prevent mistakes and to make reality even more beautiful.
