Area development for a relatively difficult, triangular site. The design consists of 20 small apartments, 7 large apartments and 11 ground-level drive-in homes. With this design, Van der Jeugd Architects demonstrates that inventiveness and mediation skills can lead to unique proposals and infills of inner-city locations that both investor, and residents are happy with.
