Development of about twenty spacious care homes in combination with a number of central facilities on a country estate. The choice was made to concentrate the buildings as much as possible around the villa, so that the surrounding part of the grounds will remain intact and free of buildings. Especially the characteristic ‘chamber structure’ of the landscape will remain untouched.
