Area development consisting of 6 office buildings and a modular industrial hall. In consultation with the municipality of Steinfurt, a complex was designed to house start-up and already established companies (grown-ups). The buildings can be built modularly and circularly and are flexible in use. With regard to energy management, the buildings are energy-neutral.
