The clients of this villa already lived on this site, but the house was outdated and also not optimally situated on the beautiful plot. For the new design proposal, we first carefully considered the wind directions and sunlight. This resulted in an optimal location on the plot. Then the spacious living program was divided over 3 layers and subtly fitted into the sloping plot.
