Villa ZA

In this assignment Van der Jeugd Architects succeeded in realizing a contemporary villa design in the legally quite closed and conservative countryside of Enschede. The house presents itself to the street as a floating volume on a glass first floor. On the other side of the villa, a basement unfolds from which one can enjoy a rolling heath landscape.
