Villa SP

The boundaries of the lot for this villa gave rise to an exciting curvature in the elongated main volume. This also resulted in a special roof construction. It follows the main volume and goes from steep to relatively flat while the ridge remains at the same height. The minimalist detailed, cantilevered frame in the front facade reinforces the elongated main form and provides a wide view from the living area.
