Hotel + Parking Garage Steinfurt

The municipality of Steinfurt wants to upgrade the area around the monumental Burg Steinfurt and asked VDJ_architects to create a sustainable architecture design proposal for a hotel and parking garage. This proposal was used to find investors and convince the city council of the potential of the area. Based on the design proposal, the development entered the next phase.
