Residential Complex Molenstraat

We were approached by a developer for a residential complex development in the center of Enschede. Here we were asked to fit a substantial residential program aimed at young professionals into a small-scale urban context. This resulted in a vertically parcelled design consisting of 8 different housing types with semi-underground parking facilities and shared facilities.
