Office transformation Visserijstraat

An existing office building with parking lot was located on this site. Together with the municipality of Enschede, we looked at the possible redevelopment and transformation of the dated office building. The resulting design cleverly responds to the spatial characteristics of the street and provides a sustainable upgrading of the urban context.
