Redevelopment and renovation of a monumental villa. In addition to the renovation of the existing villa, this plan includes a substantial expansion. It was decided to design that expansion as a wing across the full width of the rear of the villa. The rear extension includes a new kitchen, ‘n extension of the living room, wellness functions, a guest house and a recreation room.
