DIY center + Shoppingmall

This project involves two large-scale retail stores situated in a newly developed business park on the Zuiderval, one of Enschede’s main arterial roads. With these warehouses, Van der Jeugd Architects shows that business accommodation can be more than just the housing of functions and that modern architecture can be used to convey a corporate identity.
